Shipping
Calendars are shipped USPS First Class Mail. Shipping applies only to single calendar orders -- if you order two or more calendars, shipping is free! Your finished calendar will arrive in your mail box within 2 weeks after we receive your order.
Sending Your Photos
Select 12 pictures, one for each month. On the back of the photos, write the month for which that image will appear. To avoid any confusion, write the actual name of the month rather than just a number. For instance, you should write "December" or "Dec" instead of "12". We advise that you use a pencil to do the writing since the ink from pens and markers tends to rub off onto the picture underneath it.
We accept photos as small as 2x2 inches up to 8.5 x 11 inches. We enlarge the photos so that they fit the available surrounding space. Larger photos produce better results since small photos can show graininess when magnified.
Horizontal photos work best since they fill the surrounding space better when enlarged. Vertical photos can leave empty space on the sides. We crop photos at our discretion for a better fit.
We accept color and black & white photos. For best results, send photos that are clear, bright, and sharply focused. Dark, blurry, or dirty photos do not reproduce well. We also accept artwork, such as collages and children's drawings, as long as they do not exceed 8.5 x 11 inches. Multiple photos can be made into a collage by taping them onto a 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of white paper with double-sided tape.
Copyrighted material cannot be used without permission by the owner. Please enclose a release form from the copyright holder before including such images. Please do not send photos that are pornographic or violent in nature. We reserve the right to refuse printing calendars with questionable content or copyright status.
Package your photos carefully to protect them during mailing. Photo mailers are inexpensive and readily available in the office supply section of Wal-Mart or at the post office. We recommend that you do not send photos that are rare or of great value to you since items do occasionally get lost or damaged in the mail. If you have a photo with great sentimental value that you would like to use in your calendar, we recommend that you get a duplicate made and send us the copy instead.
